Another year goes by. Freaky.

It’s been an almost unbelievable year for me, here’s hoping 2008 is a great year for everyone.

BTW, the t-shirt is a Christmas present, probably my favourite one. And this video was shot around the St Kilda Road tram junction. You can see about one quarter of the street art that surrounds this area. There’s some good graffiti artists around Melbourne and this is just a small sample of their work.

Melbourne’s Graffiti Virus

Posted by admin on January 28th, 2010 and filed under Melbourne Artists | 25 Comments »

Graffiti in the city, Hawthorn, Spotswood and Strathmore from laneways, to drains, to train lines. Lots of ID crew again…I think they did some of the stage backdrop for the 2008 Melbourne Comedy Festival Gala!
Milk-crate men keep appearing around Melbourne too- They’re fun :)
Sorry about the jumping around of images..it could be the transition I used. Roxio’s doing my head in lately.

Music: Virus by Deltron 3030. I just happened (by some crazy coincidence)to be listening to that album when I came across the quote in Drew & Itch’s collab piece!!

Thanks to: Cues (3:24) for the pic of his finished piece in Spotswood (which I didn’t use, sorry! :) & to 1039kiff who gave me the location of the drains in Hawthorn.
Some artists are: Reka, Happy, Itch, Drew, Dabs, Psalm, Lush Jetz, Akuze, Bailer, Treo & Slie
